We provide software bug diagnosis, fixes, and related support. Service scope is defined in each quote or maintenance plan.

2. Quotes and Scope Changes

We provide estimates before work begins. If scope changes, we pause and confirm a revised quote before continuing.

3. Pricing and Taxes

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, if applicable, are added at checkout or on the invoice.

4. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the payment method for approved services, fees, and applicable taxes.

5. Maintenance Subscriptions

Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

6. Delivery and Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on issue complexity, access, and responsiveness. We confirm completion with a summary, screenshots, or logs.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate access, credentials, and information
• Maintain backups where possible
• Confirm staging or production environment details

8. Warranty

We stand by our fixes for 7 days after delivery for the same issue in the same environment.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. If you have a billing concern, contact us before filing a payment dispute.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to request or use our services for illegal activity, malware distribution, unauthorized access, or violations of third-party rights.

11. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our tools, templates, and processes. You retain ownership of your code, content, and data.

12. Confidentiality

We treat client credentials and project data as confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed services.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

14. Termination

We may decline work or terminate services for abusive behavior, unsafe systems, or unpaid invoices.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws in the jurisdiction where the service is provided.
